Why this is different

Most "AI consultants" haven't shipped Claude. I have.

The Iris voice agent on this site is a Claude deployment I built and run myself — voice in, qualification, tool use, email pipeline, governance documented. I bring that operating discipline to every engagement.

01

Claude-native, not generic

I work specifically with Claude — Sonnet, Opus, Haiku, Claude Code, the API, MCP, agent patterns. No model-agnostic vagueness. You get someone who knows the specific tool deeply.

02

Production over prototype

The deliverable is something running, with a defensible governance trail behind it. Not a slide deck. Not a workshop summary. A working system in your environment.

03

Governance built in

20 years in regulated sectors means governance isn't an afterthought. Even non-regulated firms get audit-ready documentation, accountability mapping, and incident playbooks as standard.

Three engagements

Pick the right entry point.

All three are fixed-fee, fixed-scope. No open-ended retainers. No surprise invoices. Each delivers a concrete outcome you can show your board or your team.

Proof

The voice agent on this site is the proof.

Iris was built and deployed in a single afternoon. Voice intake, intelligent qualification, tool calling, email pipeline, governance documentation. End-to-end, with the same approach I bring to client engagements.

Who this is for

Built for teams ready to do the work.

These engagements work best when you arrive with intent, not curiosity. If you're still in "exploring AI" mode, start with the Strategy Session.

CTO

Chief Technology Officers

Ready to roll Claude or Claude Code out across engineering, but want senior implementation hands rather than a junior agency build.

HOF

Heads of Function

Customer service, ops, sales, compliance — you have a specific workflow and want Claude embedded into it without a 6-month consulting engagement.

FDR

Founders & SME Leaders

Smaller business, big appetite. You want to deploy Claude across the company without hiring an AI team. Workshop + Sprint is the right path.

L&D

L&D Leaders

You've got Claude licences across the team. Adoption is mixed. You want function-specific training that actually changes how people work.

Two ways in

FAQ

Common questions, direct answers.

Why Claude specifically and not OpenAI / Gemini / open-source models?
Claude is what I deploy and what I'm partnered with. It's particularly strong at long-context reasoning, agentic workflows, and tool use — which is what most production deployments actually need. If your use case genuinely fits a different model better, I'll tell you in the Strategy Session. I'd rather lose a £750 booking than ship the wrong tool.
What's the difference between this and your governance practice?
Two distinct services for different audiences. The governance practice is for CROs at UK regulated firms who need an audit-ready position on the AI they already run — £3,500 fixed-fee diagnostic. Claude Partner Services are for any organisation that wants to deploy Claude into specific workflows. Different price, different scope, different buyer. Some firms book both.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, mutual NDA standard for any Sprint or extended engagement. Strategy Sessions are covered by an NDA on request. I work in regulated environments so confidentiality discipline is built in, not optional.
Can you build something that handles personal or sensitive data?
Yes — and this is where 20 years of regulated-sector experience matters. Sprint deliverables include data flow mapping, retention controls, and PII handling decisions documented from day one. If your use case touches GDPR, FCA Consumer Duty, healthcare data, or similar, I treat that as a feature of the engagement, not a complication.
What if our team has zero AI experience?
That's a Workshop scenario, not a Sprint. The Workshop teaches the team to use Claude properly before any production deployment. Skipping the adoption step means you ship a system nobody uses — which is what most AI projects fail at.
Can the Sprint be larger than 5 days?
Yes, but only after a Sprint or Strategy Session has run. I quote multi-week engagements only when there's a defensible scope. The fixed-fee 5-day model exists specifically to prevent the open-ended "consulting engagement that grows" pattern.
Who actually does the work?
I do. Folu Adebayo, principal at AIExpertsPro. Sprints and Workshops are not subcontracted to junior consultants. If a specialist contractor is needed for a specific build component (e.g. a niche integration), I tell you upfront and you approve their involvement.
